Dr. Hannah’s heart is happy to be living in such a beautiful place, close to Canada, with her son, Quinn. She enjoys playing soccer, camping, hiking, skiing, biking, traveling, and making memories with Quinn.

DR. Anne Kitchens

Dr. Anne Kitchens was born and raised in Spokane, WA. She was a collegiate volleyball player and received her bachelors degrees in psychology and WMGS from Eastern Washington University before she attended Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, California.

During her time in her doctoral program, she worked within her community as a tutor and volleyball coach and trainer.

Dr. Anne moved from the Bay Area back up to Washington to help serve her family and community during Covid.

After several years into private practice, she was recruited by Dr. Amy and Spoelstra Family Chiropractic to join their team and help families in need in the Coeur d'Alene area.

Dr Anne has advanced doctoral training in developmental and behavioral challenges through Focus and Brain Blossom since 2022 and is an active member of the ICPA with her Webster and Perinatal post-doctoral certifications. She will complete her CACCP in 2025.

Her passion for this work developed early in her life when she saw family members struggling with cognitive and behavioral challenges. Her whole educational life has been dedicated to learning more about how the brain and body work together to help families find peace and comfort.

Dr. Anne has a huge heart for the work she does and is so excited to work in such a beautiful city with health minded people.
