We are all moms, but we have all had very different journeys to get to this point and life looks a little different for each one of us. This is true for all moms! Our goal is to always create a safe place for community and connection while providing education and support. We are moms for moms, no matter what the story or where we are on our motherhood journey. Being moms, as well as pediatric trained chiropractors who primarily work with families with kids struggling with learning, behavioral, socialization, and developmental challenges, we work with a lot of different families, and A LOT of moms!! 

We saw the need to create more community opportunities, both in-person and online, for every stage of motherhood. Please join us at one of our groups, join our online space, or follow us on social media. We look forward to meeting you!! 

The group is for ALL moms & soon-to-be moms (in Coeur d’Alene and the surrounding area) looking to get together for an evening of learning and socializing that is centered on creating a community of like-minded holistic moms.

We meet the first Wednesday of every month, in the evening, at 6 PM at our office. The meeting has a topic with either a presentation or activity related to holistic living, but the real purpose of the meeting is to get together, network with other moms, and maybe even enjoy a glass of wine and a few snacks. This group was started over a decade ago and we are grateful to create a space of community and support for our local moms.

This group was additionally created to support our soon-to-be moms and mamas with little ones under 1 years of age to create community and provide opportunity to learn about important topics specifically for pregnancy, postpartum, and younger aged children. 

We meet on the third Tuesday of every month, in the morning, from 9:45am - 10:45am at our office. The goal of this group is to dive deeper than the basic developmental and movement milestones. Each month, we will host a special guest who will provide a presentation, or an activity related to infancy, motherhood, and optimal development. We want to grant these moms more access to a variety of holistic resources, services, and information that is right here in our community. With so much information available it can sometimes be overwhelming or difficult to know where to start...we got you!! 

*** We love that our group allows for the opportunity to meet other mamas in person but we also know so much of our world is online, so we created an online community too! But because so often mom groups become argumentative and opinionated, we work really hard to continue to keep our community supportive and respectful, in-person and online! We know that moms are all real people, from different walks of life, trying to make the best decisions for our families with the tools and education we have. We don’t judge and we don’t shame. The truth is we are all trying to do the best we can as moms with the tools and information we have! We wanted to help facilitate a community that was safe and supportive of that journey.
